Cancellation Policy At Carmichael Barber Studio, we value your time and ours. Please note the following: 1. **Cancellations** - **2-Hour Notice**: Cancel or reschedule at least 2 hours in advance. - **Fee**: Less than 2 hours' notice or no-shows will incur a 40% fee. 2. **Late Arrivals** - **Grace Period** 10minutes. After this, we may need to reschedule. 3. **Emergency Cancellations** - **Contact Us**: For emergencies, please inform us ASAP. Fees may be waived case-by-case. 4. **Prepaid Appointments** - **Refunds**: 24+ hours' notice gets a full refund or credit. Late cancellations/no-shows are non-refundable.
